Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our production and fulfillment process, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific circumstances outlined below.

To be eligible for review, any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Requests submitted outside this period may not be eligible for assistance.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Significantly different from the item ordered

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your request must include:

  • Order Number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon review, CAHETHEL may, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement item

  • Issue a refund

  • Offer store credit

In most cases, customers will not be required to return damaged or defective merchandise.

CHANGE OF MIND

As all CAHETHEL products are prepared specifically for customer orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Style preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental purchases

Customers are encouraged to review all product details, sizing information, and order information carefully before completing a purchase.

SIZING

Detailed size guides are provided throughout our website to assist customers in selecting the most appropriate size.

As sizing preferences vary between individuals, we do not guarantee fit and are unable to accept returns or exchanges solely due to incorrect size selection by the customer.

We strongly recommend reviewing all sizing information before placing an order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be eligible for cancellation before processing or production begins.

Once an order enters production, preparation, fulfillment, or shipment, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during promotional events or clearance sales

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Washed or altered products

  • Products without original tags

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Orders placed with incorrect information supplied by the customer

FAILED DELIVERIES

CAHETHEL is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Refused deliveries

  • Unclaimed shipments

  • Failure to pay applicable customs duties or import charges

Any costs incurred as a result of such circumstances may be deducted from any eligible refund.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, CAHETHEL will investigate the matter with the relevant carrier.

Resolution options may include:

  • Replacement shipment

  • Store credit

  • Refund

Any resolution will be determined following carrier verification.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To ensure the most efficient fulfillment process, items within the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment where applicable.

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

REFUND PROCESS

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
