Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

During collection launches, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume sales events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, order value, product type, package weight, and available carrier services.

Customers will always be able to review the exact shipping cost before completing their purchase.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING

CAHETHEL offers complimentary Express Shipping on qualifying orders worldwide.

Free Express Shipping is automatically applied to orders exceeding the equivalent of:

  • £130 GBP

  • $175 USD

  • $240 CAD

  • $240 AUD

The applicable threshold will automatically be displayed in your local currency during checkout.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

To provide the most efficient delivery experience, items within the same order may be fulfilled and shipped from different fulfillment locations.

As a result, some orders may arrive in multiple packages and on different delivery dates.

If an order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Customers will not incur additional shipping charges as a result of split shipments initiated by CAHETHEL.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Customers may choose to purchase Shipping Protection during checkout.

Shipping Protection provides additional coverage for eligible packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Claims submitted under Shipping Protection may be processed more quickly, subject to the terms and conditions of the protection provider.

Customers who decline Shipping Protection remain protected under applicable consumer protection laws; however, resolution times for shipping-related claims may be extended.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their shipment once tracking information has been provided.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and local fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

CAHETHEL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

CAHETHEL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to guarantee modifications to shipping addresses, shipping methods, or order details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information carefully before completing their purchase.

If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

PO BOXES

CAHETHEL may be unable to deliver to certain PO Boxes depending on destination country, carrier restrictions, and local delivery regulations.

We recommend providing a residential or business address whenever possible to avoid delivery delays or returned shipments.

FAILED DELIVERY, RETURNED TO SENDER & ABANDONED PACKAGES

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, incomplete delivery information, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, or any circumstance caused by the recipient, the package may be returned to CAHETHEL.

Any return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, storage charges, or other expenses incurred as a result of the failed delivery may be deducted from any eligible refund.

If a customer refuses delivery of an international shipment, all associated return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and carrier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Packages held by customs authorities or local carriers that are not collected within the permitted holding period may be considered abandoned.

Abandoned packages may not be eligible for refund, replacement, exchange, or store credit.

LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our support team within 7 days of the delivery status update.

Our team will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Customers who purchased Shipping Protection may be eligible for expedited claim processing according to the provider's terms and conditions.

If a package arrives visibly damaged or opened, we recommend taking photographs of the package and contents before handling the items and contacting our support team as soon as possible.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, CAHETHEL cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Customs inspections

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High-volume shipping periods

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

CAHETHEL is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.
